Dr. Sonia Dahiya — Mushroom Lady of Haryana Mushroom Lady of Haryana
One-to-one with the expert herself

Dr. Sonia Dahiya counsels you personally

This is not a recorded course or a call with an assistant. Dr. Sonia Dahiya — the “Mushroom Lady of Haryana” — guides you herself, one to one, from the first idea all the way to your first harvest and the sale that follows it.

Every farm is different. Your land, your climate, your budget and your market are not the same as anyone else’s, so the plan you get is built around your situation — not a template. Whether you have an empty plot and a question, or a running farm that suddenly stopped yielding, you get straight answers from someone who has done it herself.

Handled personally by Dr. Sonia
A to Z — plot to first harvest
On your site, online or at our farm
Plan built to your budget

Complete A-to-Z Farm Setup

From an empty room to mushrooms you can actually sell — every stage is covered

Site Selection & Layout

Is your plot, shed or spare room actually suitable? We assess space, water, power and airflow before a single rupee is spent.

Infrastructure & Construction

Room sizing, racks, insulation, humidifiers and fans — what you genuinely need, and what you can safely skip to save money.

On-Site Farm Visit

Where required, an in-person visit to your location so problems are spotted on the ground — not guessed at over a phone call.

Compost & Substrate

Sourcing and preparing quality compost or straw substrate, correct pasteurisation, and the moisture levels that decide your yield.

Spawn & Spawning

Choosing reliable spawn suppliers, spawn rate, and the casing and incubation practices that give consistent flushes.

Cultivation & Climate Control

Day-by-day temperature, humidity, CO₂ and fresh-air control through every growth stage — the part most new farms get wrong.

Disease & Pest Prevention

Hygiene discipline, early identification of green mould, cobweb and flies, and how to stop an outbreak before it takes a full crop.

Harvest & Post-Harvest

Picking at the right stage, grading, packing and cold handling so your mushrooms reach the buyer looking worth the price.

Costing, Market & Scale-Up

Realistic budgets and running costs, where to sell locally, pricing your produce, and when it makes sense to expand.

How We Can Work Together

Pick whatever suits your stage, your distance and your comfort

On-Site Visit

We come to your land or farm, inspect the site in person, and advise on layout, construction and corrections on the spot.

Online Counselling

A live one-to-one session from anywhere in India — share photos or video of your setup and get guidance without travelling.

Offline at Our Farm

Sit with Dr. Sonia at our Sonipat farm, walk through a working setup, and plan yours while standing inside a real one.

How It Works

Four simple steps from your first message to your first flush

1

Send Your Enquiry

Fill the short form below with your location, space and what you’re planning. It takes a minute.

2

We Call You Back

We phone you to understand your land, budget and goal properly — no obligation at this stage.

3

Custom Plan & Quote

You get a setup plan shaped to your situation, and a clear price for the counselling you actually need.

4

Setup & Guidance

Dr. Sonia guides you through construction, first spawning and your first harvest — and stays reachable after it.

Pricing — On Request

A farmer setting up one 20×40 room and an entrepreneur planning a commercial unit don’t need the same help, so quoting one fixed price for both would be dishonest. Tell us your plan and you’ll get a straight, itemised price for exactly what you need — nothing padded in.

The enquiry and the first call-back are free. You only pay once you’ve agreed the plan.

Get Your Quote

Request Your Counselling

Fill this in and Dr. Sonia’s team will call you back to discuss your farm

Your details stay with us — we only use them to contact you about your farm. Prefer to talk now? Message us on WhatsApp.

Common Questions

Do I really speak to Dr. Sonia Dahiya herself?

Yes. The counselling is given by Dr. Sonia Dahiya personally. Our team may call you first to collect basic details and fix a suitable time, but the guidance itself comes from her.

Why isn’t the price listed on the site?

Because the work genuinely differs. A single grow room in your backyard and a commercial unit with multiple rooms need different amounts of time, travel and follow-up. We quote after we understand your plan, so you only pay for what you need.

I’m far from Haryana. Can you still help?

Yes. Online counselling works from anywhere in India — you share photos or a video of your space and we guide you through it. On-site visits are arranged depending on distance and are quoted separately.

How is this different from the training course?

The training course teaches you mushroom farming in a group, on a fixed syllabus. Counselling is about your farm specifically — your plot, your budget, your problem — with Dr. Sonia one to one. Many people do the training first and take counselling when they actually start building.

My crop is already infected. Can you help now?

Yes — mention it in the form and call us on 9466035859 as well. Disease spreads quickly, so we treat running-crop problems as urgent and try to get you guidance the same day.

Let’s Build Your Farm Properly — the First Time

Most costly mistakes happen before the first spawn is ever laid. Talk to Dr. Sonia before you build.

A Mould Growing in a Dirty Dish Became the Most Important Medicine in History

A stray Penicillium mould killed the bacteria around it in Fleming's petri dish in 1928. Penicillin has since saved ~200 million lives — but finding the mould was the easy part; it took a team and a world war to make it a drug.
